LocalNashville.com disclaims all expressed, implied, and all warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages the above limitations may not apply to you.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tenneesee. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Davidson County, Tennessee U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to, use of LocalNashville.com. Use of LocalNashville.com is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of the terms, condition, and notices of LocalNashville.com and this agreement, including this paragraph.

In the event any portion of this agreement is determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed deleted and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in force. In such event the intention of the parties or otherwise expressed herein shall apply and be applied by any court construing this agreement.

In the event that we do charge for listings or any other services: You are under no obligation to continue into any type of paid listing or service.

You will receive information on how you can continue with your listing and any other services.

You will receive information on when your free listing will expire. At a later date you may choose to continue with a paid listing and are welcome to do so unless you have been banned from our services or otherwise fail to accept or comply with the terms of this agreement.
